Go Aida then go Jerridon, then put the item on Jerridon then click the RESTORE then the problem solved.

No need to remove the Y.O

All season 4 item like brave set,titan set and flameberge sword If you put yellow option in webshop it won't trade,sell and remove Y.O by jerridon in game ...My advice to you next time don't put yellow option in webshop

Hello there,

Yellow option on raklion items cannot be removed. As you know our server is just new and needs more update.

NOTE: Only solution for this is to removed the yellow option or reinforced option in raklion items in our webshop, so there will be no bugs.

Good day sir;

We do this type method to avoid hacking of itimes.. S6 items, pink items, or raklion items are special items. You can select or unselect the y.o when you buy this types of items.. you will never know when, where your account will be hack by others you cannot aviod that scenario..
