Closing a thread???

I was so amazed by your action GM Oblivion. Why would a GM closed a thread and replied "CASE RESOLVED" when the issue has not been fixed?

GM Oblivion replied:
"Did you double check the email used in that account?
Try checking it on your email. Screenshot the result."

Yes, I did checked my email and there was no email sent from your system. I did not only once, keep repeating the same thing but to no luck.. nothing happens.

Screenshot the result? If in case I need to post a screenshot, how do I reply to the thread if it is already closed? Create a new thread again?  

Also, if only Admin can fixed this, please avoid closing thread and replying:
"Case resolved
/Thread closed"

Did you resolved the issue? Did Admin informed you that this has been fixed? If so, please let the player check it first, so you may know if he will no longer encounter the same problem before replying "CASE RESOLVED".

Correct me if I'm wrong but I tried to change my password last time and I also notice that it is not working.

Anyway I re-opened the thread.
