I don't know what triggers this, but before I was able to vote every 12 hours. As of this moment, almost a day has passed and yet the same instance occurs. Does any of you have the same problem like this?

its nature in the voting site now a days.. they will banned your IP for how many days after that you can vote again.. voting site side problem not from the server side.
