Grand Reset Problem

Hi, I have a problem with making Grand Reset. I have 20 reset, 400 level I go to the page logs go into the bookmark Grand reset point out the form I click Grand Reset Character. I did not work does not make me Grand Reset.

For those who don't know our grand reset in website has an error and Admins will try to create module for it that suites the website.. For now you can PM Admin Icefrog and HGM Oblivion to assist you in your Grand Reset They will be the one who will DO GRAND RESET on your Character see to it you have 20 Reset and a level 400 character for them to Manually SET your Grand Reset.

Sir, some utilities in our website are still in a process of enhancements and updates. And that includes - grand reset feature. For now, for you to avail the "grand reset", the GM advised you to message (PM) Admin IceFrog on his FB account by giving your userid and character name, they will be the one to attend to your concern.
