Q. What are Grand Resets?
A. Grand Reset is a reward for players that have reached/passed 20 resets. When you grand reset your character, all your stats drop to the default ones, the character's level drops to 1 and you get 1,500 webshop credits.

Q. What do I need to and how do I Grand Reset my character?
A. You need 20 resets minimum and 1kkk (1,000,000,000) zen. When you have those, just log on into the site, choose "Grand Reset" on the Right menu, choose the character you want to GR and click "Submit".

Q. Which level must my character be to be able to Grand Reset?
A. The level of your character doesn't matter, but since it drops to 1 after GR, it is best to make the GR at level 1, so you don't lose any levels.

Q. Do I have to remove items from character when I GR?
A. No, it is not necessary to remove anything from your character.

Q. What are Webshop Credits?
A. Webshop credits are used to buy items from the AllianceMU WebShop.

Q. How do I acquire Webshop Credits?
A. Either by Vote to the server, grand resetting your character or exchanging Hours Trading
