Upgrading Items with Jewel of Harmony and Guide

Jewel of Harmony

Jewel of harmony you can get from Gemstone.



To get Jewels of harmony from the gemstone you need to go to The Refinery Tower in Kantru map and at coordinates 78 174 you will find NPC Elpis



Select the option Refine Gemstone.
In the 8 x 4 Chaos storage area, place:

* One (1) Gemstone

Press the Refine button.


If the combination succeeds, one Jewel of Harmony will be created.


If the combination fails, the Gemstone in the combination is destroyed.

Restoring Items

In case if you do not like harmony option which you got, you can remove it from your item and try again.
To remove option you need to go in Aida at coordinates 86 13 to NPC called Jerridon



In the 8 x 4 Chaos storage area, place:

* One (1) Item with the JOH option

Press the Refine button.
Item option will be restored.



IMPORTANT: You won't lose your item!

Jewel of Harmony given options:

Strengthened Items are automatically account locked.

Important!
You cannot trade items with JoH options! If you want to trade an item with a yellow option, you have to remove the option first! Items with JoH options are bound to your account!

Q. What are Refining Stones?
A. Refining Stones are used to increase the level of JoH Item option. After you've added a JoH option to an item, you may increase the option's level with Refining Stones. There are two types of such stones - Lower Refining Stones and Higher Refining Stones. Lower Refining Stones can be obtained by refining minimum +4+opt items and Higher Refining Stones can be obtained by refining minimum +4+opt excellent items. Higher Refining Stones have bigger success rate.

Q. Where do I refine items to create Refining Stones?
A. Talk with goblin Osbourne in Aida. Put the minimum +4+opt (exc) item there and click "Refine". Remember, refining success rate is not 100%, so the process might fail and you'll lose the item without getting a Refining Stone.

Q. How do I remove JoH item option?
A. Talk with goblin Jerridon in Aida. Put your item there and click "Restore". Don't worry, only the JoH option is removed, nothing else can happen.
Options for Weapons

* Minimum attack power increase
Increases minimum attack power according to set value. However, the option cannot increase beyond -1 of the maximum attack power.
When attempting to increase beyond that value, "Cannot refine further." message is shown.

* Maximum attack power increase
Increases the maximum attack power according to set value.

* Required Strength decrease
Decreases the required strength value of weapon according to set value.

* Required Agility decrease
Decreases the required agility value of weapon according to set value.

* Attack power increase (Min, Max)
The minimum and maximum attack power of the weapon is increased simultaneously according to set value.

* Critical damage increase
Increases critical damage according to set value.

* Skill attack power increase
Increases the final attack power of skill according to set value, when using the skill.

* Attack success rate increase (PVP)
Increases the attack success rate according to the set value in PVP.

* SD decrease rate increase
The damage absorbed by the opponents' shield in PVP directly translates into HP damage according to set value.

* SD ignore rate when attacking increase
The rate of ignoring opponents' SD and giving HP damage increases according to set value. When the option is added, the option value does not change through Refine.



Option for Staffs

* Magic power increase
Increases the magic power of the orb according to set value.

* Required Strength decrease
Decrease the staffs' required strength value according to set value.

* Required Agility decrease
Decreases the weapons' required agility value according to set value.

* Skill attack power increase
Increases the final attack power of skill according to set value, when using the skill.

* Critical damage increase
Increases the critical damage according to set value.

* SD decrease rate increase
The damage absorbed by the opponents' shield in PVP directly translates into HP damange according to set value.

* Attack success rate increase (PVP)
Increases the attack success rate according to the set value in PVP.

* Defense power increase
Increases the defense weapons' defense power according to set value.

* MP automatic increase rate increase
Increases the MP recovery amount per tick according to set value.

* Defense success rate increase (PVP)
Increases the defense success rate in PVP according to set value.

* Damage decrease rate increase
Decreases the damage received apart from final defense power when receiving damage according to set value.

* SD rate increase
Increases the shield’s damage absorb rate in PVP according to set value. When the option is added, the option value does not change through Refine.

How to Upgrade
To upgrade your item simply drag and drop your Jewel of Harmony over it. There is a chance of failing whereyou will lose your jewel. When the upgrading succeeds the item will be bound to you and you will not be able to sell or trade it until you remove the option (in Aida). To increase the level of the option use Low/High Refining Stones.


NOTE :
At this moment if you add Higher Refining Stone for the following Yellow options instead of you to see it as it max it would be 0. But our admin is working on it. Its just a visual bug.
